We all have positive and negative thoughts but the goal in my practice is to help you focus on positive thoughts while staying grounded in reality. THINK about the next time you walk into a room or an event. You think about where you want to sit or stand. You think about what other people are wearing. Maybe you are judgmental about what the people are wearing. You decide if you like a person or not based on your conversation with that person. You think about how you look. You think about what you want to eat for lunch. You think about the appointments you have for the day. Think. Think. Think. We are thinking all the time. It’s astounding to think of the thousands of thoughts we entertain each day.

It is possible to achieve a peaceful and happy life just by choosing the way we think about things and about life. Further, I believe it is possible to create a strong foundation on positive thoughts, while staying grounded in reality, and be able to realize our dreams. I am living my dream now and what I have realized about living one’s dream is that is an illusion to think that there won’t be problems, issues and challenges along the way as one lives their dream. The thing that is possible, though, is that while living the dream, as one stays grounded in reality, those problems, issues, and challenges become opportunities for learning and further growth. It is all about BALANCE. Balancing thoughts, dreams and grounding.

You’ve heard the saying, “The sky’s the limit”. What I’m here to tell you is this; the sky is not the limit. There is no limit. All things are possible to him who believes.
